About William
I grew up the child of a Air Force Father and a working Mom. Before I was 12 years old, I had crossed the Atlantic Ocean more
times than most Americans !! MY Dad's last State side assignment was Syracuse NY. Working at a base that was called simply
Hancock Field.
We actually ended up living about 30 minutes from the base in a very rural area call Port Byron NY ..This area was typical
of Central NY there was alot of hunting & fishing going on !!!
Long story short I was asked to take some sports photos, for the then Yearbook editor Ms Smith. She found me one day
sitting in study hall. I agreed basically to get out of study hall. Little did I know how that would affect the rest of my life!!
I ended up a guy that loved to go fishing. With the encouragement of Ms Smith. I started taking a camera home with me
on the weekends to better my skills.
My love of sports and being outdoors lead to my journey with Nature photography. Which still makes my heart sing today !!

I enjoy capturing images of subjects, that people would not normally pay attention too. And to present it in such a manner
